Tri Kappa serves the YWCA of Central Indiana by staffing its resale store. Twice As Nice is open Fridays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Tri Kappas commit about 50 each hours each month to sorting and pricing donations, as well as staffing the store while it’s open. All of the money raised through items purchased at Twice As Nice stays at the YWCA for program development. Since the store opened in 2010, we’ve helped raise around $98,000 for the YWCA.

If you’ve got clothing, furniture, home decor, children’s toys – or virtually anything else! – please consider making the YWCA of Muncie your donation site! Any furniture that can be used in the residents’ rooms or apartments is put to use immediately. If it can’t be used there, we sell it in the resale shop. We also have great partnerships with other resale shops around town, so if we can’t sell what you’ve got, we’ll make sure to get it to another group that can. For large donations that require pick-up, please call the YWCA of Muncie at 765-284-3345.
