How We Serve

Tri Kappa is committed to serving our community. Throughout our 70 years as a chapter, Delta Phi has served the Muncie community in several ways. One of our long-term service projects has been selling bricks for the courtyard at the Muncie Children’s Museum.  In 2010, we began staffing the YWCA’s resale shop. Although we are committed to serving our community financially through grants and scholarships, it’s our service that defines us.

In the summer of 2013, many members of the Delta Phi chapter are volunteering with the “Kick Off to Kindergarten” summer kindergarten readiness program. The program, which is a part of the Muncie By 5 initiative, is designed to make sure that all incoming kindergarteners have the skills they need to be successful in school.
